Why can not install the new version?
Please uninstall your current version from Control Panel. Click the

Can WinXP Manager run in Windows XP x64 (64bit)?
Yes! It can run in Windows XP Professional x64 Edition and Windows Server 2003 64-Bit Edition,
only the Shell context menu is invalid.
How to uninstall .Net Framework and reinstall it?
You need to reinstall .Net Framework if there are some problems
with it. Uninstall it from Control Panel / Add Remove Programs.
If it is impossible to unistall from Control Panel, download .NET
Framework Cleanup Tool that
was designed to
automatically perform a set of steps to remove selected versions of
the .NET Framework from a computer. It will remove files,
directories, registry keys and values and Windows Installer product
registration information for the .NET Framework.
